A unforgettable experience to say the least. I fell in love with the vast open plains, the amazing diversity of wildlife in this “empty” place but most of all with the people. People from the local area, people from all the corners of our globe. We all had one thing in common: we love nature, being outdoors in the veld, the smell, the heat, stalk.
Lea and Kevin are people like that. They come from a very small town in the great state of Wisconsin USA. Leah and Kevin got married in 2018 and their honeymoon was a trip to Africa in 2019. Nanet Skead was contracted to do the official photography and I went along to offer moral support and capture some behind the scenes images.
Lea and Kevin, you guys ROCK! I loved every moment of your stay with us and truly hope that our paths will cross again in the future.
