Willem and Ili decided to get married in the beautiful hamlet of Cannon Rocks. Cannon Rocks is a little village in the Eastern Cape next to Boknes Strand and Kenton on Sea, and you will be forgiven if you still don’t know where that is.
Their wedding was small and very intimate, much more like an elopement really. Ili wore a stunning cream dress and Willem chose to match the style with a classic dark suit. There is a bit of a story and history around Ili’s dress as her mother got married in it originally and later her aunt too!
On the morning of the wedding, Willem and I went for a bit of a scouting trip to see where we could do the couple images. We finally found some amazing locations on the dirt road towards Alexandria and also Alexandria Forest which is part of Addo Elephant Park. These spots are definitely worth a revisit when I have more time.
